To be honest I haven't been drawing much lately and in turn could do a new page for the sketchbook. Since I'm pretty sure I won't be back to doing Daily Pages anytime soon, I'm going to change the format to weekly or bi-weekly until I get back into the swing again. Hope you enjoy today's page. I guess if I ever have these art blocks/stops again I'll just do another short segment like maybe my influences. Well anyways, today's piece is just my trying out that manga type of feel again. This time I focused mainly on the inking and the black to white ratio. Trying make something from nothing using empty space as an aid. Well Hope you enjoy! Today's Piece is basically me drawing for fun rather than to further develop my painting skills. Actually I've always wanted to be an animator or comic book illustrator. As I got older I was introduced to anime/manga and took a huge liking to it. Today's piece is just my take at a manga character. I'll definitely try this out again. Today's Piece is a bit of fan-art. Halo has always been a personal favorite, well until reach but, that's another story. Well anyways today I'll be showing how a typical speed paint turns out for me. For future reference, if I post a speed paint it will typically be a paint that took between 1-2.5 hours to do. While my standard paints can be done throughout multiple days(a few hours here and there.) Second Page: Failed Attempt

Alright guys, welcome to or back to my blog. As you may or may might know this blog acts as a working sketch/art book. Today's piece will be another unfinished piece from an interactive drawing site called "iScribble."  This piece is pretty rough in comparison to yesterday's post. It was made when I was beginning to look into abstracted/surreal art. This piece was scrapped because I felt like the whole piece didn't work well enough together; it felt more like a bunch of drawings taped together. Well I should be working on new pieces soon but until then I will continue to post older works. Most of my drawing will be from iscribble because unles I'm doing a big well thought out piece I mostly doodle there. Hope you enjoy, and thank you for visiting my blog.

My First Post!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog(or lack there of.) Like the title says this will be my first ever post or blog. This is an art blog so I'm going to start things off with some art. This piece is an older piece but still one of my favorites. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
