Hey guys. Happy new year! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday break. I'm still working on getting back to 100% but, I'm starting to feel better now. Hope everything is going well for you guys as well.

Unfortunate Update

Hey guys. Synetik here. Unfortunately I don't have anything to show you all and most likely won't have anything for quite a while unless I can dig up some older stuff. I've recently gone through the traumatic experience of a stroke and because of such won't be physically able to produce anything until I'm feeling better. Just wanted to keep you all informed.

Hey guys. I'm running a little late with this week's post but, I'm sure no one will mind too much. This week I'm showing a painting I've been working on of one of my favorite rappers, Childish Gambino aka Donald Glover.

Obviously, it hasn't been finished just yet...I have a bad habit of that. However, I plan on eventually finishing this one one day. For now, though I'm pretty happy with how it's coming along.

Hello everyone. Synetik back once again. Initially I thought I'd show off completed pieces of art in picture format only but, after further thought, I've decided to combine my blog and youtube channel somewhat. I've recently decided to start doing speed paint and art based challenge on my youtube channel between the downtime from animations. So why not let you all here see these as well? Hey guys. Today I'm going to be showing another project I did for my graphic design class. After this one I'll be posting up mostly my own projects or scribbles so if you're into that kind of stuff be on the look out for that.

This is is based on a part of a story we were assigned. I believe it was called the old man with giant wings or something similar. For the most part, I just combined a couple of images of a friend with a spider, Then I added a background paint in the foreground added some smoke/fog and then the lightning as well. It didn't turn out as well as I'd have liked for it to have turned out but, it was a fun learning exercise.
